Refund Policy & Dye Lot Policy

If you should have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at CanadianDiamondDrills@gmail.com with in 30 day’s of purchase and we will be happy to assist in any way we can.
Should we come to an agreement a refund is warranted, the products must be returned unused and in its sealed original packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying for returns shipping costs. Return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non refundable. You will only be refunded the cost paid for the product(s)
Once we have recieved the item or items we will process your return.

Dye Lot Policy

Although we typically try and stay with the same 1 or 2 suppliers, please note that there can be shade variations of the same drill number. This is not within our control as we do not manufacture in house.

If you have ordered a complete kit, the drills you recieve in your kit is specific to your project and we can not guarantee ours will be the same shade. Our inventory is in constant rotation and what we have today may not be an exact match of what we recieve in the next shipment.

We can not color match drills for you based on photos or descriptions. We can only send you your requests by drill DMC number.
